Three years after their cool Skeleton Ranch LP, Adelaide, Australia-based garage psych band Los Palms return with their self-titled sophomore full-lengther—once again hitting the mark (nice cover art too). In ten extensive songs, fuzz-drenched guitars and heavy reverb vocals conjure visions of spaghetti western showdowns and long outback drives. It’s lush yet raw, sweaty and immersive, built for repeat spins under the desert sun (if that’s too far away, it also works well in your living room).
