The En Plein Coeur EP has four songs, including a fast and punky title track, and an equally infectious theme song to the band’s name (“Ro-ber-ta Lips! Ro-ber-ta Lips!”). The occasional simple synth lick, the handclaps, call-and-response vocals, the gang singalongs, the high pitched oeh-oehs, Paris-based Roberta Lips know how to use proven tactics to their advantage.
