Gnome is the rock ‘n’ roll project of Jay Millar, hailing from Frankston, Australia, who—as young as he is—discovered the wild 60s as the source of everything that is good about music. Early last year we wrote about his Ear Candy EP, on which he covered some of the forefathers, but his self-penned tunes are just as infectious. With the brand new I Like It EP he delivers four original garage beat bangers—reminiscent of The Kinks—with magnificent guitar licks, confident vocals and catchy harmonies. We love it.
