New EP: Dion Lunadon || Memory Burn

Lunadon transports today's kids of all ages to the '70s with his primal rock-'n'-roll

Dion Lunadon was born in New Zealand, lives in New York, currently tours Europe, and later this year will tour Japan with his previous band the D4. That is many corners of the planet covered, and the brand of dirty rock-‘n’-roll he plays on his new EP Memory Burn is well traveled as well – it is out now on LP at French label Beast Records. For a blistering 15 minutes, Memory Burn transports listeners to the seventies and the hallowed halls of CBGB’s, Max’s Kansas City, The Whisky a Go Go, The Roxy, The 100 Club, Le Gibus, and Paradiso. Lunadon’s brand of dirty rock ‘n’ roll is a time machine, fueled by loud, sweaty garage riffs and punk attitude.

Expect fast and loose tracks that channel Iggy Pop’s swagger with a raw, primal energy. This is classic stuff, distilled to its essence! If Memory Burn ignites your interest, don’t miss Lunadon’s 2023 album and keep an eye on his upcoming tour dates.
