We’ve written before about the productivity of Knoxville, Tennessee’s The Lethargics, and they show no signs of slowing down. They are already following up Meteorite and Shelter In Place from the beginning of this month with two new tracks, Not Tonight and Empire. The special thing is that the quality of their successful mix of rock, blues, punk, country, folk and Americana remains so high. The new B-side in particular hits me hard, thanks to the melancholic melody and heartfelt vocals. Listen below.
