CroonDog is a new indie rock duo based in San Diego, California, featuring Evan Schnell and Oey James. They make their debut with three Songs From The Barn, in which influences from surf pop and blues seem to go well together. Opening track One More Sip Of Something is the hit here, but Used To That and Easy Days are just as vibrant. Charming and danceable but with a ragged edge, like the sun shining after a thunderstorm.
