After a demo earlier this year, Kalamazoo’s Today’s Milk return with EP2, four scrappy blasts of garage punk’n’roll that will burn through your Bandcamp free streams in no time. Equal parts raw and catchy, these songs confirm this is a band worth paying attention to—even if they remain a bit of a mystery.

I’ve had trouble digging up info on them, but their sound feels so familiar I’d swear I’ve covered one of their other projects before. And then there’s Already Inside, a track that nails the spirit of late-’70s UK punk so perfectly it’s almost eerie. I know it’s a cover. Nameless Frames did a version but are they the originators?

Questions abound, but one thing’s certain: this EP absolutely rips.
