New album: Search Results || Go Mutant

Scrappy, strange, and impossible to stop tasting

Search Results is the dual songwriting force of Fionn Brennan and Jack Condon. Their new album Go Mutant is a little easier on your search engine than their debut Information Blip, but just as wild under the hood.

What immediately stands out is how scrappy, scruffy, and joyfully unhinged these songs sound. Brennan and Condon seem like the kind of people you wouldn’t want in your kitchen—because they’d absolutely trash the place. And yet, somehow, they’d still serve up something that hits unexpected parts of your taste palette. I’m not saying I like every bite, but I keep going back for more.

Go Mutant is a strangely mesmerizing record, one that stretches the idea of what an indie rock album can—and maybe should—sound like. LP available through Knob Polish.
