Californian garage psych outfit Daydream Time Machine return with new full-length Big Highs Big Lows, as always inspired by life and it’s swinging pendulum of ups and downs. Chris Simonian (vocals, guitar, harmonies), Gus Rios (percussion, keys), David Jauregui (bass), Anthony Beck (drums) and Katie Hudson (harmonies, vocals) recorded seven energetic guitar-driven songs with a groove to dance to like no one is watching. Magnetic vocals and inspired riffs, loud dreams with a 60s feel. Stand-out track Have You Lost Your Mind? is the central masterpiece, mesmerizing for the full 7:46 (watch the shortened video version below), but the other tracks are quite engaging too.
