New album: Fully Involved || Cold Blood

Fully Involved is the one man project by Californian singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Mark Berman. In his own words he accidentally wrote a whole album about neurodivergence before he knew he had it. He talks about the ten pop-punk songs that make up Cold Blood, an LP with a liberating sound and telling lyrics: “I’ve willed extroversion // Out of utter desperation // Therapy of immersion // Just to fix my situation” (from opening track Publick Occurrences). Both musically and lyrically it’s a mixed bag of styles and emotions, inspired and characterful, intense but charming.

Cold Blood, produced/mixed/mastered by David Antonio Garcia, is out now digitally (self-released). Mark Berman was responsible for vocals, guitar, bass and drums. On several tracks you can also hear contributions from David Antonio Garcia (backing vocals, synths, percussion, bass, guitar), Briana Harley (organ, backing vocals), KE’ALA (organ, piano), Eddie Navega (lead guitar), Eric Perez (drums), Max Pugh (drums, guitar) and Jay Vesper (lead guitar, bass).
