I’m not a huge fan of Christmas songs, but I am a big fan of Classic Pat working his pop-punk magic on other people’s material. Put me in that dilemma and, I’ll admit it: I played Christmas Mania, featuring ten covers of holiday staples, front to back without a single complaint. I even enjoyed it. Quite a lot, actually. I might play it again.

This is the kind of record you put on during Christmas Day just to watch relatives exchange worried glances, quietly asking themselves where it all went wrong and if you’ll ever grow up.  But hey, it’s Christmas—even pop-punkers get a pass. Enjoy!
