Cleveland, Ohio’s Smooth Brain returns after a decade-long silence with their third 7″ single, a 5-song EP out now on a 7″ at Just Because Records. Don’t mistake their recording hiatus for inactivity though – you may have heard some of these musicians in projects like Perverts Again, Knowso and Cruelster.

This comeback is not about aging gracefully or becoming more mature. Instead, Smooth Brain delivers energetic, unpolished garage pop-punk that’ll have you bouncing like you’re on a pogo stick. These are dumb little unpretentious tunes by design and that’s exactly what we came for right?
