Well, it\u2019s here, and the twangified rock \u2019n\u2019 roll hit opens the band&#8217;s new LP on a high note. The song is one of the more hard-driving moments on a record that, for the most part, leans into countrified indie pop \u2014 easy on the ears, pleasing on the mind.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"818\"><em data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"517\">Time Is An Angel<\/em> is retro without being faux, warm without being stuffy, and full of jangle and soul. It\u2019s the kind of record that feels lived-in from the first spin, striking the balance between charm and craftsmanship.
