Thornton a few times before &#8211; in short: <a href=\"https:\/\/addtowantlist.com\/index.php\/2023\/08\/17\/new-ep-waylon-thornton-double-bubble-usa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ramshackle<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/addtowantlist.com\/index.php\/2024\/09\/18\/new-album-waylon-thornton-head-full-of-jelly\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kind of disturbing<\/a>, but it works like crazy &#8211; and now he&#8217;s found a kindred spirit.<\/p>\n<p>Waylon Thornton (guitar, bass, drums) and Baesha Thompson (vocals) have started GiRL FiT, describing their self-titled <a href=\"https:\/\/ghosthousecandymountain.bandcamp.com\/album\/girl-fit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">debut EP<\/a> &#8211; five tunes in less than seven minutes &#8211; as bratty riot grrrl bubblegum punk.
