But there\u2019s something even better\u2014the band is hitting the road! They\u2019ll tour the US in November and the UK in December. And the best news? The Briefs are back in the studio! Five years after their fifth album (<em>Platinum Rats<\/em>), they\u2019ve just dropped a new 7\u201d EP that\u2019ll reignite your love for late &#8217;70s pop punk.<\/p>\n<p>Much like you never unlearn riding a bike, once you\u2019re back into The Briefs\u2019 world, it feels like they never left. The <em>High Society<\/em> EP delivers everything you love about them: high-energy, fun tracks that hit hard. The title track is classic punk, full of societal critiques. Then there\u2019s <em>You Can Move Me<\/em>, an irresistibly poppy love song, while <em>I Gotta Go<\/em> channels that timeless Ramones vibe.
