We tend to unpack eye-catching cover art first, and this one almost literally jumped out of the listening stack. We&#8217;re talking about <em>Heart Circle Square<\/em>, the new EP from Californian garage rock trio Preschool. Ava (drums, vocals), Corbin (guitar) and Nikki (bass, vocals) recorded five short but powerful songs (including one demo) that cross the line between surfy indie rock and arty proto punk.
