The band name and cover art suggests otherwise, but Thee Long Knights are a new garage punk trio from Wollongong, Australia, featuring James French (The Uplifting Bell Ends), Luke Player (The Pinheads), and Josh White (The Dandelion). They enrich the 1960s-founded rock fortress with this double single, featuring two original tracks—Satisfaction Guaranteed is an exciting freakbeat banger with irresistible guitar licks and passionate harmonies and screams, Goodbye Girl is a psychedelic ballad with a captivating melody and heartfelt vocals, both are raw, energetic, and intense. A more than promising debut.
