With the daily flood of new releases finally slowing down, I can catch up on some of the gems that have been stacking up — like the latest from The Prozacs. Their 4-track No Way Out EP came out late last month on Critical Mass, and it’s easily one of the stronger punk rock 7″s of 2025 so far.
This isn’t bubblegum, and it’s not the snotty strain either — think old-school, fast, tight, melodic punk rock. The title track rips by like it’s auditioning for your next skate video, and the whole EP has that sharp, pointy throwback energy Jay Gauvin (aka J Prozac) and crew do so well.
Don’t miss out on this one.
