Ho Chi Minh-based garage rock outfit Skeleton Goode—a project by British songwriter/guitarist Jack Briggs—promises no less than three digital releases for this year, and the first one is nothing short of awesome. A-side Ghost Cowboys (In The) is a western-tinged surf rock banger, instrumental but with infectious whoo-hoo-hoo harmonies. Flipside Triangular Prison is an Osees-esque psych punk production that is inimitable in rhythms and vocals.

Excessive? Maybe. Catchy? Definitely.
