New album: The Jellybricks || Dreaming In Stereo

Harmony, hooks, and heart

Nearly three decades into their career, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania-based power pop outfit The Jellybricks still sound hungry and energetic. Their new (eighth) full-length album Dreaming In Stereo proves that with twelve original tunes full of catchy hooks and breezy harmonies. Larry Kennedy (guitar, vocals), Garrick Chow (bass, vocals), Bryce Connor (guitar, vocals) and Tom Kristich (drums, vocals) know how to write hits, and that’s exactly what they bring to the stage here. Opening track Age of Stupid—voted ‘Coolest Song in the World’ 2024 in Little Steven’s Underground Garage—kicks off the record in glorious fashion, but highlights plenty in what follows. Superbly executed and expertly produced.

Dreaming In Stereo, produced by Geoff Sanoff, is out now on CD and vinyl LP through Wicked Cool Records. Also featuring Doug Gillard (Guided By Voices, Nada Surf) on guitar.
