Fancy a wild ride of indie rock fury and post-punk elegance? Melbourne’s Delivery debuted vigorously with Forever Giving Handshakes a few years ago, and on their aptly titled sophomore album Force Majeure they take the roller coaster to even greater heights. The twelve tracks here are packed and explosive, with rumbling rhythms and fiery guitars, continuously energetic, dynamic and urgent. It’s 40 minutes of controlled chaos and hefty hooks, executed and balanced in an inimitable way.
Force Majeure, recorded and produced by Sam Harding and James Lynch, is out now digitally, on CD and vinyl LP, through Heavenly Recordings. Featuring Rebecca Allan (vocals, bass), James Lynch (vocals, guitar, synth), Sam Harding (vocals, guitar, cello), Lisa Rashleigh (vocals, guitar) and Daniel Devlin (drums, percussion).
Another great band from down under. Came across them last week. Wire meets Garage Punk 🙂
Watch out for these guys: The Pretty Little. New Album later this year. https://theprettylittles.bandcamp.com/track/australian-dream

Thanks Steffen. The Pretty Littles were already on our radar, indeed something to look forward to.
