New album: Teenage Frames || Everything Has Led To This

Garage power-pop’n’roll at its catchiest

Teenage Frames first burst onto the scene in 1996, and their latest album, Everything Has Led To This, proves they’ve only gotten better with time. This is garage power-pop’n’roll at its finest—though as Don Valentine from I Don’t Hear A Single rightfully pointed out, there’s also a glam streak running through it. I know I throw around the word “catchy” a lot, but it’s hard not to when Teenage Frames are all caps CATCHY. Whether you are a rock’n’roller, a power poppers or a punk rocker, you’ll find more than a couple of hits here.

From their knockout cover of Fats Domino’s I’m Ready to the thirteen irresistible originals, every track just clicks. And frontman Frankie Delmane’s voice gives these songs the perfect edge to shine. It’s the kind of record that hooks you on the first spin and keeps yielding rewards with every listen. HITS!
